Around Deer Park

Fishing and Hunting

fllyfishermanDeer Park is surrounded by excellent hunting and fishing country.  Mountain ranges that habitat deer, elk, moose and bear run north and south on either side of our valley.  Turkey and grouse abound in the fields and valleys and many lakes, creeks and rivers travel down the valleys toward the Columbia River, a short drive to the west.

Swimming Pool

Swimming PoolLocated at 226 South Margaret, the Swimming Pool is typically in operation the middle of June through the beginning of September.
As of the 2010 season, the City will no longer sell single & family passes. The City Council approved a $30.00 punch card that is good for 25 swims (equals out to 5 free swims). Once a card is purchased anyone can use the punches and there is no limit to the amount of people who use the card in one day.
Punch cards can be purchased at City Hall only.
